And the leaves gently glided down to the pristine oasis, a light breeze slowly guiding them across the still water. The creatures of the small pond greeted her as she admired the day's work. A water Kitsu's job can indeed have some of the world's most precious rewarding moments...
--- A 5-6 hour 8x10 marker test using prismacolor markers in my sketchbook. Ohhhh How pretty <3333 I love traditional works, but it is unfortunate how scanners tend to kill everything D:
-- Awesome icon by the =Neltruin person C: I know, I was wondering if maybe I should have used a digital camera instead :\ Just every detail is lost in this. Is there a scanner secret I'm missing? XD
-- Very beautiful piece as always!
Shesta's design is so unique and lovely. x3 I especially like the assortment of colours you included in this piece. What's not to like about tranquil scenery and calm colours? And, of course, there's the subject of the picture itself. True to the title you've given this, you can feel the serenity flowing off this in waves. I can only imagine how much nicer this must look in real life. x3 -- ...an illusion of the mind... ...where there are no boundaries... Thankies, and I know, my scanner is like the uber suck
-- Thanks, I wanted to try and layer the colors as best I could in order to have a good 3d look, but the scanner killed it all XD
-- woa... really??? tell me tell me XD
-- amazing job you did, thats simply sublime
