This was supposed to be uploaded a few days ago with her wolf reference, but due to some health reasons, never got around to it.
This is Lunar's Legendary form. Long story behind that, maybe I'll post it another time since I can't stay on long. No, she's not a Lasarian, even though she has the same body structure. Missing from the ref is her wings, which match her tail feathers, and the bracelets around her tail. (accidentally deleted the layer and saved DX. |

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
